Our office, located in Bologna (Italy) and consisting of a group of advisors with high competence, has been supplying consultant services since 1989. We can solve any management problem according to the rules of A.P.C.O. (National Association Management Advisors) organization, who will attest our work. OUR METHOD

It consists of three phases:

1. Problem analysis, report and intervention plan mentioning the relevant costs.

2. Operative intervention through a detailed study of problems, practical application of chosen solutions, training, if necessary, of the staff, issue of control-reports for monitoring the work in progress.

3. Planned maintenance through periodic visits to make sure that the intervention will exactly match the company needs.
